Orange Hills is a route with Rock Candy Mine separating it into two parts. The area connecting to Cake Hills has a PokéSweet Center, and the Vanilla Dome in the cave to the left. Inside the PokéSweet Center is a man annoyed that the Rival took all the credit for repelling Team Sour from the Candy Manor.
After exiting the Rock Candy Mine, the route continues and leads to Orange City.

Right next to the PokéSweet center is the Vanilla Dome, where the player can battle 4 trainers in a row to receive a prize (a rare candy). The player isn't healed between battles, and after winning them all the challenge can be re-taken again for another rare candy.
